Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Derby
Salary: 25-30k DOE Plus commission - OTE 35k
Hours: Mon to Fri 9-4 , 37.5hours (office based)
Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing client in Derby, Castle Donnington.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. success.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, calling prospective customers and virtual meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Manage a large sales area with huge potential and business opportunities
  • Through fact finding and generating trust though a professional relationship with the decision makers and influencers you speak to you will close deals to grow the business

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development and account management
  • Experienced in a similar internal sales role or call centre environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Driving licence ideal due to business location
